The body work was completed satisfactorily. The staff I dealt with were courteous and friendly. But I have a major concern. I found that the contents of my glove compartment, the storage compartment underneath my armrest and the box in my trunk are all in disarray. It was like someone was looking through it to check for something valuable. The box in my trunk contained a plastic bag with emergency old clothes and blankets. The plastic bag was now open and the clothes looked like they have been rifled through. The storage under my arm rest had a ziploc bag of pennies. The pennies were now outside of the bag and were all over the storage compartment. The folded napkins that were on top of the ziploc bag were also in disarray. I did not notice this right away until I needed something from my glove compartment. That lead me to check the other areas. Nothing of value was taken because I had removed anything of value before bringing the car to your shop. This has me concerned where the car was parked and whether it was locked or secured at all times or was it one of your technicians.

Everyone was very nice and made sure to update me with phone calls, but after I looked around my car, the license plate was bent pretty badly and upon further inspection after I got home, i was missing a special $**** bill that i have had for years in my center console. They did fix my plate right away, but the fact that it was in their care when it happened makes me feel like my car wasn't safe there. Obviously someone was going through things in my car, stuff inside my middle part were moved around which makes me feel uncomfortable. I already felt extra cautious of my car's safety since it had just been stolen from, so knowing it had damage to the plate and the dollar missing and things moved around inside my consoles makes me feel that much more violated. I appreciate the people that helped me, spoke with me over the phone about the theft problem, and discussed alarms for my car so it doesn't happen again. They were cool, which makes me not completely upset about the whole situation. Still **** and gives me major anxiety thinking about what else happened to it that I haven't noticed.
