The door handles were out on the wrong doors so the locks didn’t work. They fixed it. But it was inconvenient to have to go back and wait for it to be fixed. It was a careless mistake.

Derek was amazing to work with. My car took three months to fix and Allstate was the worst insurance that we’ve ever had. Derek made sure to explain everything very well and gave me weekly updates. Derek also kept me in a rental which cost around $2500. Allstate was terrible and did not take any accountability for their part on the delay and would not help with my rental car despite causing a significant delay. They lost our personal and business accounts over this which includes 7 vehicles 2 houses and various atvs. We pay a lot more than $2500 for our insurance premiums. Derek has our business for life and my experience was so good I will always recommend Derek and Cascade Collision. Thank you!

Vehicle had extra damage done during the repair. This was a broken back window. This was fixed but I was not informed of this until I asked why it was taking longer than expected. Also vehicle alignment was not sufficient when I picked up vehicle. I had to bring it back to get fixed. Overalll they need to actually check every piece of work and not just check a box on a sheet. Also if additional damage is done to a vehicle they need to inform the owner immediately.
