My car is a fleet car, with a blown tire. Your shop should not have accepted the job, bc it took SIX DAYS to fix the tire bc it had to be ordered. You should have turned the job down as you are not a tire shop, and inconvenienced me over the holiday weekend w/ a terrible rental car..... that was NOT NEEDED.... as it Pt was ONLY A FLAT. Glad you got paid as much as you could from the fleet service. So basically the shop added to their bottom line by inconveniencing me to secure the job, that should have taken about an hour at a tire shop. Thanks

I was always informed of how my repairs were going. So far the repair work has been good. When I picked up my car I noticed a decal that is my parking permit for my condo complex was missing. I wondering what happened to it since my windshield was not one of the parts being repaired. I don't know how or why it was removed since all the damage was to the bumper and parts behind it.
