Unlike Jordan collision, Tiara was very good at communicating with the progress. And repair process was very fast and having Hertz next door was very convenient for me as well. I will definitely use you guys again.

Work was done in one week as promised and I kept getting text messages about the updates/progress. Had one small problem with a part upon pick-up but it was corrected within 2hrs...that's freaking fast! They cleaned my truck inside and out. The work they did looked AMAZING! It was very pleasant in the outer office. Both reps helped me to understand the process and got me over to the rental car area very quickly. I have not received the info from Enterprise yet. I was a little rattled when John called me and told me that Geico was not going to pay anymore on the rental car before my car was ready. Then when I went to pick up my car and return the rental I was told that the Enterprise people are not supposed to contact the customer directly. I was very impressed with Chaz and the two ladies I dealt with on the Procare side
