Let me start by informing you that I am a 31 year retired Allstate auto claim manager. My son brought vehicle home from SoCal. The center reflector and brake light was chipped at front edge and not replaced. It should have been part of the claim and was not prior unrelated damage. The rear bumper assembly and deck lid was as it was smacked in the rear. The interior rear trim panel was still not staying snapped in place on the right side even though it has been replaced after a subsequent trip. When we washed the car, rinse water was getting inside the trunk area on top of the rear trim. Clearly it is not adjusted or repaired correctly. I appreciate getting the vehicle in and repaired quickly. Very disappointed with the repair quality. Michael V
