Expected date of repair completion was 5/30. I had to go on a business trip so when completion was eatlier than expected it cost me more money as the esurance stopped payment in car rental as soon as you said car was ready on 5/24. Estimates of completion should be accurate. I was unable to return car exactly on finish date and expected to get it on the thirtieth. Normally eatlier completion would be welcome, but when i had planned work trips atound your estimated date , this cost me an extra 144 dollars. Not happy about rental charges.

Although the quality of work was really good. I I did not like how long it took for my car repairs (especially since I was told it was a repair done frequently on a bumper and it shouldn’t take long at all because you have all the parts). I was told it would take 4 to 5 days and it took seven business days.

The initial estimate was smooth. I was provided frequent updates that allowed me to plan for my alternate transportation.
