I had a very good experience at Jackson's body shop. My truck was looked at and had I had a quote within the first 24 hours after dropping the truck off. I was able to get my truck back the same week, which I thought was a quick turn around. I was updated throughout the repair process to inform me of progress. The repair itself looks great. I was a little worried about the new paint matching, but it looks very good. A+ job

Jackson's body shop is beyond satisfaction! They provided excellent communication and reached out to me regarding everything to do with what was going to be done with the vehicle and how far along in the process until completed. Minus the fact my ins did take more then a few days to get back in touch with Jackson's, for additional repairs, they had my vehicle back in just a few quick days after the delay! .
