Incredibly satisfied with the work that was done on my vehicle. The staff were all very helpful and very friendly.
One bit of constructive criticism though every time I was at the shop I would request my cell number be used as the first point of contact instead of my landline, as I work long days. However almost every phone call made to me was made to my landline, including important phone calls regarding changes in the cost of my repair work, where information was given to a family member and then no further attempt to contact me was made.
It's a very small complaint, as I always did end up getting the message, but I would rather have gotten the message from speaking with someone personally rather than getting it second hand or via answering machine.
