The overall experience was better than any collision shop I had ever dealt with. The car was repaired like new in a reasonable amount of time considering the amount of damage. And the updates were helpful both by text and phone call to let me know the repair progress. And the front desk manager, Laurie, was particularly helpful to the customer in understanding the whole process.
