The only issue was that you changed your policy on getting money down before ordering the parts- & we were not made aware of this change-hence when we initially brought the car in for our appointment the parts were not there. Then you had problem getting one part needed. Believe you have corrected this issue with your customers.
Other than that issue the work done was great.
