Definitely need EPA-compliant container with surplus paint mixed for the job. This had been promised but turns out such containers had been back-ordwred but not arrived. Should lean on supplier of such containerss atrongly! There is no excuse for supplier to fail to respond to orders. Perhaps alternate supplier needs to be contacted
