I originally picked the car up a couple weeks ago with a headlight problem after a collision repair that they said was fixed. I brought it back yesterday to fix it and it’s still not fixed so I’ll have to wait until another time. Nice helpful people but the problem lingers on.

Courteous staff, repair looks great. Very cold out on day of pick up, I would have appreciated inspecting the repair indoors. Also, I would have liked the option to bring my car in to see damages and order parts, then bring car back for repair once all parts were in. Seems to me that car rental expense would have been quite a bit less

I had to come here as it was the repair company for my insurance provider. Before taking my car into the shop I had my own shop inspect the vehicle for estimated repair costs and I had another local collision shop check repair costs as well. When I picked up my car there was a broken 3rd brake light that wasn’t that way when I brought it in. I told Justin at the shop and he told me there is no possible way it was caused by them or the accident even though it was inches away from the point of impact that broke my light and put a dent in my car. I just got my car back for an inspection yesterday, and my shop confirmed that when they looked at my car before I brought it to Gabes Collision that light was working. I now failed inspection and will have to come up with $400 out of pocket to buy a new light from a dealership until I can drive again. During my vehicles disassembly Gabes broke one of my back trunk parts and they had to pay themselves to repair it, so I believe they also broke this light and were just too embarrassed to admit they broke two parts on one car repair. Either way if anything happens to my car I will never take it to this shop ever again. Considering Half the work listed saying what they did ( which my repair shop doubts some of the things listed were actually done when bringing the list to their shop ) and the obscene amount paid for labor ( more than the repair part costs ) I am just thoroughly disappointed. When I dropped off my car I was told it would be there for a weekend then it ended up being there for over a week so I couldn’t go to work or go to school which means I was losing money out of my pocket while they are breaking my car parts and holding my car hostage.. money I could be using for a new light..! It really **** because if they would’ve just fixed the light I would’ve had great things to say but that was just the straw that broke the camels back. This was my first claim ever and I defiantly learned my lesson and never will be coming back here
