****. Poor communication with Travlers resulting in a 5 day delay.
2.. Because the car was in the shop, I had other work I wanted done (fixing a bad door bushing) which I was paying for out of pocket. This was documented by Abra when the car was dropped off. The work never happened (again, really bad communication and follow through).
3. I have a massive scratch on my hood right next to the fender where work was performed. This is a huge scratch. For sure not there before. I have a call into Abra on this.
I never give bad reviews. However, this was a bad experience. I appreciate Abra helping with part of the rental (due to the longer fix resulting from poor communication) but I will use Abra again. There were too many misses which are similar and center on sloppy work, poor communication, and lacking follow through.
