In August 8, We were told the car would be ready on the 10th and that if that should change, we would be notified. It wasn’t ready and we weren’t notified. We had made plans to pick up the car Friday afternoon and since it wasn’t ready-weekend commitments were jeopardized. Then when we called Monday to see if the car was ready-we we’re told it was. I walked to the shop to pick it up and when I got in the car, the Interior Brake lights on the dash were on and wouldn’t turn off. Not sure why and no one could take care of it today. Additionally, the front driver side blinker was out-which was caused in the accident. It seems the car was not thoroughly checked out before releasing it to us and in the case of the blinker, there was a significant safely and legal issue. Now more time has to be taken to return the car for more work and further complicate our schedules.

The worst customer service ever. Took extremely long to receive my car back and I was quoted that it would be 10 days. Needless to say I had to rent a car which cost me 85$ per day which they finally picked up the tab. Only after I had to continue to call my insurance to get any answers on the progress of my vehicle. I was lied to day after day for weeks on the completion. Finally when it was time to pick the car up it still wasn’t right whereas I had to wait another day. Finally got the car the next day. They that very next day found another problem with my headlight. So now I’m in the process of getting that taken care of.
