****) I dropped out car of on Tuesday morning for window trim replacement / repair. I believe the delay may have been due to getting replacement parts and if so I would have prefer to keep our car and drop it off while waiting for parts to arrive
2) text updates were cheesy and not meaningful to me. I'd rather see real specific updates that tell me the true state of progress...not "the last mile is toughest! If there's any delays we'll call you."
