I'm very fortunate to afford comprehensive auto insurance because the final bill would have bankrupted me... for the cost of repairing/replacing glass and minor body work, I could have bought another vehicle... I'm not a professional, but you can tell they really milked it... all their subcontractors need to double check their work... it seems I ended up with a few more scratches... as a customer, you just have to double, triple check everything...no confidence/trust.

I so much appreciated being treated respectfully… not always the case; as an older woman, I get written off more times than not by people in customer service. The repair was for Jennifer’s car and even after repeated requests the shop continued to contact Mike. Maybe because the claim was in his name because he had the accident? At any rate it was pretty annoying for Mike.
