the work they did to my car did not go well, many parts were left uneven /unaligned, and in the light they worked on it does not turn on a section of the tail lamp. It was not a satisfactory job.

I really appreciated the text messages letting me know where they were at on the progress on my car. My car looked so good when I got it back inside and out. I hadnt expected them to clean the inside of the car too. It was a great extra touch. I would recommend people to get their cars repaired there. They made me feel as though I mattered to them. Even their receptionist made me feel comfortable. Great job and thank you.

Pacific Elite went out of their way to keep me posted on the progress of the repairs. They had as much trouble contacting my insurance as I did. Everyone was polite and respectful. I would use them again if needed.

My Dodge looks like new. Took a little longer than I hoped, but Dan and the crew did a good job.

After trying to pick up my car a 2nd time I continue to find things incomplete in the car. It is frustrating. I even called a few days after the car was originally dropped off, I spoke to Dan and mentioned that the front right tire had a deep cut in it. Dan said he would take a look at it. When I went to get the car the first time, the tire had been cleaned and sprayed to make it look good but still had the deep cut in it. The tow ring was also missing. They took care of those items before I went back the 2nd time, but within a minute of inspecting the car on my own, I found where there was overspray on some plastic parts and an area on the right side Morrow where they forgot to paint at all. Then I found where the new bumper was attached on the front left side, that the clear coat on the front left fender was damaged and beginning to peel. The bumper on the front left also had an area along the joint where it was not painted well either. Please have someone who what to look for go over the car before calling me back. Dan has told me several times that “the production manager” will have to look it over and take care of these issues. Maybe another production manager should check the work of the first one. I am not a professional and I am finding these issues within a minute or two. I am now wondering what I am not finding or being told. Thanks PAUL A
