The work was completed a day early however, the paint job looked dull.
I pointed that out to the manager and he agreed and immediately proceeded to remediate the issue by having ithe paint job compounded and buffed. It took an extra couple of hours but I was pleased with the work and it looked like new when they finished.
The manager apologized and even buffed a couple of other spots at no charge.
Very happy with the work and the shop.

ABC Collision exceeded the work needed on my car. Because of a rear end collision to my car, USAA referred me to ABC Collision. This is my second experience and both times they delivered excellent, professional and on-time service. The work was done one week ahead of schedule! /and the new form of communication via text is extremely helpful. ABC collision provides weekly updates regarding the status of the work i.e. You car is being painted or the work is 56% completed.
