I very appreciated the ability to get my truck in the am & have the repairs completed before 4:00 pm - saved us the extra hassle & expense with getting a rental car. We Have repeatedly Informed that our car would be completed on 12/2
Including the morning of 12/2. That if there were any changes that we would be notified. I took off, losing ****/2 days pay ($70) to pickup the car at 4 pm as stated as the texts. When I got there, Bruce S. told me that it wasn’t scheduled for completion until 12/3. That “HE” had made a mistake,
“ IT’S ALL ON ME “. “ GOSH I’M SO SORRY “. He told me I’d have to come back the next day. I work In Santa Fe, Approx 60 miles each way, to be able to get my car I had to drive to 120 miles AGAIN That’s 2 Days in A Row. I Should Not Have To Lose $70 Pay Plus Gas Money And Still Have To Pay $100 Copay. I’m 70 Years Old And Still Working To Survive. That $70 Lose Is Huge To Me ! He Says Gee It’s All On Me !

The repairs to my truck were completed over a week sooner than I had anticipated. And having Enterprise in the facility made the handoff very easy and efficient. I was treated well and when I picked up my truck, warm fresh chocolate chip cookies certainly helped to make the send-off very satisfying. Yum.
And my truck looked like new when I picked it up!
