This was not our families first experience utilizing your repair service. My parents had their car repaired there too and were completely happy with service too.

My car reeks of paint thinner or tolulene. I was expecting it to subside after a short while after picking it up today but the smell is still as strong this evening - 10 hrs later. I have had body work done on vehicles before and have have never had this happen.
While I appreciated your email "updates" on the the repair status, it probably could stand a bit of refinement. I received several updates over the last 3 days each time with a notice that my car would be ready at a later day and time than the previous email - a few hours or even a day is reasonable - but 3 days seems bit excessive. Visually the repair looks great - now if I could just get rid of the smell.
