I had a great experience with Mike’s Towing & Collision Center. The repair work was excellent, my car looks brand new, and they completed everything in just two weeks. Liz was fantastic to work with—she kept me updated throughout the entire process and made everything easy and stress-free. Highly recommend this shop for both their quality work and outstanding customer service!

You folks went above and beyond. I didn't expect you'd match my black bottom runner board on the body of the truck. They also replaced my modified rear wheel plastic cosmetic cover that i had on the truck. It was washed nicely on the outside and inside as well. You can certainly notice the great craftsmanship and attention to details this company values and upholds when you get your vehicle back.

The staff was exceptionally helpful from start to finish. Liz helped me before I even made a claim with my insurance or the ther person’s insurance. She directed me from A to K and then passed me off to Vanessa who finished the work. This was the first accident I have been in for the 70 years I’ve been alive. I would have been lost without Mikes Towing service. Liz explained that they were a Geico service in Ct. and the were a Honda Certified Mechanic Shop service center.. Mikes Towing did an excellent job with the actual work that was done on my vehicle. It was a complete phenomenal experience working with the crew at Mike’s Towing.
