My experience with York Ford was excellent from the time I dropped my car off for repair straight through the time I picked it up. Julie was the first person I spoke with and she was friendly. Dave was very helpful when we met and as a result I was able to get a hit and run accident repaired in addition to the front end of my car.
I really liked that I had was able to get my rental on the premises. The woman who gave me the rental was friendly and the rental itself was clean and a good rental car. I had no issues during the two weeks I drove it.
I was kept informed of my car’s status on a daily basis through text messages , which I appreciated. I never felt like I was left in the dark.
The team who worked on repairing my car did an OUTSTANDING job!! My car looks so AWESOME!! I have that same giddy feeling I had when I first got my car back in 2013.
Without hesitation I will recommend York Ford to family, friends and others and should I ever need repairs on my car again, I would definitely be a repeat customer...hands down!

It took 2 months to fix just a quarter panel of the car and whenever we called no one had a time estimate for us. They would say that it would take 3-4 days but took 30 days after that estimate. Terrible job with getting the car out of the shop efficiently.
