They do a great job and keep you informed of when your vehicle will be completed. AAA software report I am not happy with because they kept saying to pick up my vehicle when it was NOT done. This caused me to call the collision shop 3-4 times when it was not needed.

Everything about my experience with South Lyon Collision was excellent.
