Nothing at all was easy about this from the start I made an appointment and they tell me I can come back or they will sent my car somewhere else. Then when they told me my car was ready they told me it would be ready for pick up the next day that I would get a phone call when the car got to the location. I had to call them and everyone kept saying I don’t know then I get a phone call at 5:15 that it won’t be ready after I had already taken rental car back. Then I finally get a call the next day that my car was ready and when I got there they said they still had to inspect things and they couldn’t find the paperwork. When I go inspect the car the guy didn’t have the correct paperwork and just vaguely went through the car and said I think so. It has been a frustrating couple of days to say the least.

The only thing I would have liked to see differently was during the quoting process. Jose did a great job. But when I had a question regarding your quote compared to that from Caliber, Mr. TRAN refused to even take 5 min to look at the differences in the quotes and explain it to me. I really was not asking for him to take the car apart! Just explain to me the difference. His attitude made me feel as if Seidner was too big or busy for my job. That was the only thing unpleasant about the experience. I would definitely recommend Seidner. Thanks!
