It's been a roller coaster ride. Istemet to fix my truck was 15k. Then you wanted to make my truck a salvage. Then you fixed it for 5k. Did a good job. The next day I noticed a big dent next to my tail light that wasn't there before I brought it in. Very unhappy. Very unsatisfied.

The communication was excellent with txt updates and if I wanted I could have them stop at any point but it was great to know the time frame for the return of my car. They even called me before each txt message so if I couldn't answer the phone they would leave a detailed message. Upon receiving my car the repairs were wonderful and it look good as new. I am very disappointed about the service. Everyone was very nice. But, the car was not completely fixed. After collision, the headlights beam aimed down. So, only small area in front of car was bright. I told Mr. Hien Ly about this problem several times: during estimation, when I turned in the car, 2 days before I picked the car, and when I picked car today. Mr. Ly told me it would be fixed. He told me it had been fixed today when I picked up the car. But, tonight when I drove the car, the problem was exactly the same as it was before the repair.
