Kim in the office is fantastic! She is personable and efficient! She is easy to talk with and makes customers feel at ease. The gentlemen there are very respectful and engaged in the process. They explain everything thoroughly, and display a sense of urgency without taking it too far and causing the customer to feel rushed out the door. They are also very patient and nonjudgmental also (as my car interior is a nightmare, but they didn’t say a word to me about that)! Workmanship seems to be top notch. Signature Collision even went above and beyond to replace my windshield washer squirters on the hood at their expense when my insurance company did not include them in the repair order! I LOVED this place! DON’T change a thing!!! Keep up the GREAT customer service!
