We have traveled the world and never experienced such outstanding personal service as with AutoRepair Xpress. Matt and Kieth attended to every detail that would have been stressful for us,the workmanship on the car repair was excellent, and the quality control combined with the warranty is remarkable.
Possibly the only suggestion for improvement of comfort would be a carport cover for the outside inspection area extending all the way to the sidewalk and office door to protect customers walking to the office from weather.

The only thing I was highly upse about is my daughters carseat base was unhooked and filthy. I had this installed by the fire company so it was done correctly and they didnt bother to put it back or tell me it wasnt hooked up. This could have seriously injured my daughter and now is a hassle for me to get re installed. For the safety of all children if car seat bases are removed they need to be telling the parents before they send the vehicles home... or they could run into serious problems. I was really upset with this. Keith was very friendly and understanding and nice the whole way through the proccess so i appreciate him. I was in a hurry to get to my job.. so I left quickly.. but my entire car is covered with white dust and fingerprints. Including my daughters unhooked carseat base!
