The repairs seem satisfactory but the lack of communication has left a bad taste in mind about Carstar... I felt like my car was being held hostage.. still have no idea what the “ extra” damages were that kept my car the extra 7 days.. Agsin no communication...

Very poor job. I rejected the work and sent back for repair. The door was a bad fit. There was a run in the paint. The truck was dirty. Overall, not at all what i expected for a high priced repair!
I only hope it is corrected soon. The truck has been in your shop fro three weeks!!
