They were able to get my sons car done in time for him to go back to college out of state. Lisa was amazing & really helped to make that happen.

I thought the staff was great from start to finish. I felt well communicated with and it was one of the most pleasant and convenient experiences I have had with an auto body shop. My one upset was that when I got my car back, the back seat was very dusty and dirty from having the doors open from repair. Other than that, it was fantastic and I will definitely recommend Carstar to anyone who asks.

It is important to have the car ready when promised . I had a rental which I took out insurance which cost me $ 15.00 / day . I plan for 2 and it took 6 day x $15.00 / day . So I ended up paying the additional monies to Enterprise .Other than this I was satisfied.
