Workmanship looks excellent. Courtesy driver is a gem! BRAVO for both.
Administration/scheduling seemed disconnected and disorganized - the "system" caused several [at least 3] calls after we had committed to the schedule. Also, Eddie D made a few promises to call but did not follow through. Eddie's lack of follow-up DID NOT CAUSE ANY PROBLEMS, but tell him to be careful about following up on promises.

When I drove away, I noticed my driver-side side mirror was unclear, distorted. It is difficult to see out of. I thought maybe because the turn signal cover on the mirror was just replaced that it just needed to be cleaned. I went home and cleaned it, but it is still difficult to see out of. The passenger side mirror is clear but the driver side mirror appears distorted. I don't know what went wrong, as the mirror was clear when I drove in before the repair was made. I need to bring my vehicle back in again.
