I was pleasantly surprised to find that, not only did the repair work completely meet my satisfaction, but my car was spotless! It was a minor repair on the tailgate spoiler and I did not expect that my entire car would look like it just left the showroom! The office staff and Riley Gavello, who inspected the damage and provided the estimate, were professional, thorough and friendly. The bumper was done satisfactory. I’m just disappointed that there is a little scratch on the driver side door that wasn’t there when I brought it in. I should’ve have walk around the car and took pictures before I drop it off. But I’m positive that scratch wasn’t there before.
