Rental car was not ready on time despite confirming our appointment (90 minute wait with four kids) Repairs were not completed on time despite confirming time of pick up/completion with the office. I don't feel like our time was valued at all. Especially concerning considering we were not at fault with this accident and the additional wasted time waiting for things that were previously confirmed is unprofessional. Thankfully the staff was friendly and pleasant to deal with. Also our car seat was never inspected.
