This morning I received an email that the car was ready to pick up:
"The service work on your 2016 SUBARU FORESTER is complete and the vehicle is ready for pick-up at your convenience."
But a couple of hour later my wife went to pick it up, it was not washed and they told her that she may have to wait a couple of hours as the car was not ready. She took the car not washed as she can't wait all that time.
The rest of the service: OK.
