Rika was fantastic. She always kept me informed with everything that was going on with my vehicle. The repairs took a little longer then expected but when I picked up my truck I got home and checked the tire pressure and noticed that my back tire was low, so when got out to check it I noticed that the tire was still slashed. I called up the shop & was told to take a picture & that they would get back to me. This was the same tire that I was told had been replaced with a new one which I paid for.

The job was not finished.
The original write up notes a dent in the pillar to the windshield and to follow up on previous repairs that were out of line.
My headlights will not turn off after the rear door was replaced and someone turned the interior light off instead of figuring out why it wouldn't shut off, again the rear door was replaced(misplaced sensor)
Have not received the promised call regarding fixing the pillar either.
