Butler's collision was by far the best collision shop I've ever been to. During my experience with Butler's collision I believe I either spoke or interacted with every person (Rosanna, Daniel, Roy, Jim and another guy I can't remember his name), either on the phone or in person. One of the owners, Roy, even stepped out of his office when I got there to drop off my car to say hi. Every person there was very helpful and never one time try to pass it on to somebody else. They don't make you wait and they work hard so that things will go as smoothly and quickly as possible. I highly recommend Butler's collision to anybody. It is a great family old business with all great, caring people.

Amazing team! They took a double bad situation for me and turned it around. The team listed and actually seemed to care! The first shop had my car for five full business days with not even an estimate wrote. This shop had my car for seven full business days (but plus the weekends) and had my care totally done!
