While the car itself looks great and I am glad to have a warranty on the work for as long as I own the car, it was 3 days overdue. Was told it would be ready on the Tuesday after I had dropped it off and received a text the prior Thursday saying car was nearing completion. On Tuesday when car was supposed to be ready I was told it would be two more days because paint booth was broken and paint would not adhere to the car. Then got a text on Thursday saying car would be ready the following Monday. However called to find out car would be and was ready on Friday for pickup. Unfortunately this incurred rental car charges for me that were not anticipated. Insurance only covered $40/day for a rental. However I needed a car and couldn’t do anything myself about Carstars broken paint booth.

You caused damages to my car while you had and didn’t fix them. If you can’t safely wash a car with out taking off paint don’t clean it then.
