well for one I would like the manager bravo to know that when you get a job you make a deadline for the job and you do whatever possible to make it on time...Otherwise don't continue to **** the customer that the car will be ready on such date and continue to break the promise. How can a 7 day job turn into a 50 day job? How can the manager miss the target date by 40 days? How can one manager make so many broken promises to deliver and yet not even feel embarrassed about it? Also how can a car with an almost full gas tank be almost empty when I get the car back? And worst of all after getting my car back for the 2nd time parts start to fall off, radiator hose is leaking and there's a VDC warning light on.... now I don't even trust leaving my car to them, I rather fix it myself for the sake of peace of mind. I gave bravo one check for 6147 plus whatever else you guys got from the second repair estimate. So that much money for a car that's only worth about 9000.
