The job was completed. Another car place I had been to previously, had called me and said - since we are working on your car anyways, we could fix this up. It would have been nice if this was offered to me, since certain things were spotted that were not part of the claim.
I was told the car was going to be cleaned on the inside, but it wasn't.
But very nice people, and the claim job was well done.

As badly as my car was damaged, from being rear ended at the high velocity it was, I was uncertain as to what the outcome would be.
