I was satisfied with the repair. The Car looks as expected.
However I had to make a return trip to the body shop, as the Mechanic lost a piece from the gear box.
I spoke to Curtis and after a few minutes he grabbed a parts manager, and they took care of the issue.
I also retuned my Enterprise rental car last Friday at the Body shop. The receptionist said she would call Enterprise and take care of everything.
However todayI received a call (Tuesday) from Enterprise asking me when I would be returning the rental car, and I had to remind them that the Elk Grove Body shop handled it.
So there looks like there is a small break down in communication on their part. Other than that I was happy with the experience.

There was an area on the lower bumper that was not repaired because the estimator thought it was part of normal curb wear and it was not. I told him my lower bumper did not have any marks before the accident. At this point since I already have my car back I'm not going to make a big deal about it. I just wist he pointed that out ahead of time.
