They were very courteous. They did a great job in fixing the car. They did it in a very short amount of time. I would definitely recommend them to a friend.

My car was backed into by an employee at carstar while it was there for hail damage repair.The front bumper was repainted to fix the scratch marks at no charge to me. I understand things happen when you run a business. I picked up my vehicle drove him and noticed I was given another customers paperwork for service. I returned the wrong paperwork to yorkville carstar so I could get my proper paperwork. After returning home again I noticed yellow marks all over my roof. I ended up scratching them off with my fingernail. I believe these marks were used to mark the dents from hail damage. This was pretty much strike three for me. This was definitely not the experience I was hoping for from this company.
