My car damage included window washer damage and after fixed non of my levels were topped off as promised by staffing. Also my gas level when dropped off was better than 3/4’s filled, but when I picked up my car the fuel level was less than ****/4 filled! I was satisfied with the looks but not happy with the lack of customer service ! I hope that in the future CarStar could improve their rating with MORE COMMITMENT TO CUSTOMER SERVICE AND QUALITY RESULTS ! 4Star Rating

When I dropped off the car to be repaired the guy that checked me and walked around the car and told me that he would fix three large scratches in the paint when they repainted my bumper he took a marker and circled them and told me that he would include that in the job and when I got the car back they were not touched they weren’t part of my accident but he did tell me he would take care of those couple scratches

Since Continental Honda was responsible for the repairs, they were approving the work as it was discovered. Communications from Honda needed to be more frequent as timelines changed. When I came to the shop I got questioned answered. The only issue I had was the just over two months to complete the repairs. The car looks great!
