My driving gloves and windshield shades were stolen from the car. I realize that you told me to take all personal property when I dropped off the vehicle but trusted that the culture created at your shop would serve to protect the equipment that always stayed in the vehicle. The car looked good, however when I turned on headlights I found that the one that was replaced did not work. And the right turn indicator also did not work. Since I drive a lot at night this was a significant inconvenience as well as a safety concern. When I informed the body shop and returned the car the next day they fixed the problem. However, no one apologized for the hassle except for the young man that took the car back to the shop. His name is Mason, and he should be commended for his good customer relations.

Everyone in the front office was amazing and helped me get my husband's truck taken care of. When the truck wouldn't start for me to leave, Sloan came out and helped. He offered to take me and my grandson home, he had to put a charger on to start the truck; then he bought the truck to our house. I thank everyone there. Nadine was amazing as well.
