Overall great experience, however, i felt the auto email updates were poorly timed and would have appreciated the guys going the extra mile to clean both head lights to match instead of making one look great and the other left dirty.

The work was OUTSTANDING. The communication and customer service from Trevor or Tyler or Travis was awful. I don't know his name because I only received text messages. The text messages told me my car was ready but when we went to pick it up the car was somewhere else getting an alignment. That was a problem seeing as we were expecting to get our car. This wasn't the end of the world but it did throw a wrench into our plans. So I hope he hears about this. The carstar we went to was in 120th and maple st in omaha ne. Im sure his excuse will be that "BMW had the car so I couldn't do anything" What a lame excuse to avoid a phone call.
