I can't say enough about Brent and his crew. This situation was more complex than usual as we live out of state and my daughter attends college in Salem. I am so appreciative to Brent for his responsiveness and the conscientious and caring way he treated my daughter during her first experience navigating a situation like this. Trying to help her take care of this long distance had its own set of stresses and I have to say that at every turn Brent communicated where things were in the repair process and made every effort to make the process go smoothly for my daughter. She was on a tight timeline because of holiday travel plans and his crew worked late to get the work on her car completed in time. It seems rare to find this kind of personal service in this day and age. Oh, and did I mention that they did a great job on the repair itself? Thank you!!
