They handled everything, from insurance to rental car. I didn’t have to do a thing. They completed the work quickly and the car looks like new. They also washed the car inside and out before I picked it up. Not a spot was missed. Clearly their repairmen know their stuff. Plus, they replaced a bulb for me that was out even though it had nothing to do with the repairs needed. And Doreen, at the desk, is amazing. She couldn’t have been nicer or more helpful. And, I love the email updates informing me of the progress being made on my car. Citros is great.
