When I picked up my car the gas light was on and I barely made it to a gas station. I had about a half tank of gas when I dropped it off. I realize that they had it for 3 weeks but that was ridiculous.

I've never had an experience with any shop like I had with Sunroad. Having an assigned customer service rep (Todd Storks) was great. He was always on the **** and in touch with me. The automated status updates via email was fantastic. The quality of the repair was top notch. Best experience with a repair shop ever. Hopefully I never have need of their services again, however in my mind, Sunroad is the ONLY collision repair shop that I will consider in the future.

Todd, my collision specialist, did a fantastic job keeping me informed during this stressful time. I would get updates just about the time I was wondering what was going on. It was like he was reading my mind. Communication is almost as important to me as getting my car back in the condition I would expect.
The workmanship on my car was what you would expect from a first class organization. The paint looks like a perfect match, but that doesn't surprise me.
Todd took me to my car, showed me what was completed, answered all my questions to my satisfaction.
