I was pleasantly surprised that the interior of my car was so clean when I picked it up. It looked and smelled like it had been detailed. It was so nice to go from the clean rental car to my extra clean car that felt like new when I picked it up.

I recently had some work done to my vehicle at carstar Lous this past week and am very satisfied with the product. The one thing that bothered me was the original estimate for a timeline was more like 3-5 days with a caveat it might take longer. It ended up being 10 days which to me seemed a little high. Not sure if there were problems or why it took so long since I didn’t get updated with the repairs. Otherwise everyone was nice and courteous and I am happy with the repair.

I appreciated being kept updated on the status of the repairs! I also have to say that I called around 5:15 p.m. on the date of the accident and was helped right away with when I could bring it in the next morning. I had called another Carstar right before that and they told me I’d just have to wait till tomorrow because they close at 5:30. At Lou’s I was transferred to a repair expert and treated like I mattered. He asked a few overview questions about the car and talked about when I could bring it in which earned my business right away. I’m glad I took a chance and called Lou’s even though I figured they also closed at 5:30! Thank you!
