We are insured by USAA, who recommended this shop. We had no prior knowledge of the shop and were a bit concerned about using this shop. When we arrived, we were warmly greated, our car quickly inspected and the estimated. The projected time for repair was stated. All involved could not have been more friendly or professional. They put us at ease. The work was completed within the projected time frame. They called us for pickup. When we arrived, we were pleasantly surprised. The work was flawless, the paint match was unbelieveable, the car cleaned. We were very satisfied, especially when the shop Manager, repeatedly stated, “if you find anything wrong, please let us know and we wil try and fixit.” I would highly recommend this shop!,

This was my first collision in 46 years of driving. Deer-Car accidents are pretty normal in this area. I was happy that Hawken was here to help. Dusty made the process much easier than I had anticipated. After the repairs were finished, which was sooner than expected, i was very happy with the result. My truck seemed better than new! All of the gaps between the edge of the hood and fenders is right-on. The truck is clean and ready to go. Thanks Hawken for a job well done, start to finish.
