My experience with JP Auto Body was outstanding. I am extremely fussy about my Tesla, and after the repair, our car looked brand new! And the process couldn't have been better with outstanding communication by Ray Zhang and the entire team. If I ever again need body work on my car, I will immediately contact JP Auto Body!!

I filled out your survey and explained, but when you receive text message11/4 saying: Your repair is under way. Look forward to seeing you in 19 days. Another text 11/9 your repair is underway and on tract to be completed by 11/23. Another text on 11/14 We are over the halfway mark. Your Honda is still on target for 11/23. Text on 11/16. We are on tract for 11/23. Text on 11/18 We are near completion. If we encounter any delays we will call you. Then I get a call that the vehicle has not even received a part in. All the while I have this rental that I am going to have to pay for out of pocket because it went over the days allowed.
DONT SEND TEXT MESSAGES THAT ARE NOT VALID...I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO YOU
