I have not received my car back as told I would get it back on 3/9. Safelite tech calls to tell me to pick it up after 9am on 3/10.

Though it wasn't their fault it did take longer than expected to repair my car. The company that they ordered my parts from keep sending them the wrong ones. They did give me a loaner car during this inconvenience which was helpful. Overall I'm very satisfied with their customer service.
